Iraq US Ambassador Paul Bremer

23 April 2004....Tikrit, Iraq.....US Ambassador to Iraq Paul Bremer makes a visit to Tikrit...Amidst the tightest of security the Ambassador flew from Baghdad to the US Forces base in one of Saddams palaces in Tikrit. Four BlackHawk helicopters and two Apaches ferried the Ambassador and his team of aides and close protection security guards between the cities.....After almost one year in Iraq and as the 30th June deadline approaches Mr Bremer is the number one target for any anti coalition insurgent groups.....
